As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling a variety of tasks, including:- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or social media in a prompt and professional manner.
- Assisting customers with reservations, changes to existing flights, and providing detailed information about flight schedules, baggage policies, and other services.
- Resolving customer issues or complaints with empathy and efficiency, utilizing our state-of-the-art customer relationship management (CRM) software to log interactions and maintain customer records.
- Collaborating with team members to share insights and improve service processes, staying updated on company policies, procedures, and industry trends.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:- Previous experience in a customer service role (not mandatory but preferred).
