Job Summary As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately entering data into our QuickClaim system using a consistent flow of images. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that all data is entered correctly and efficiently, and that our systems are running smoothly. This is a remote opportunity, and we're looking for individuals who are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Key Responsibilities * Accurately enter data into our QuickClaim system using a consistent flow of images * Identify document types based on provided guidelines * Review and verify that entered data meets quality standards * Maintain confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards * Collaborate professionally with other team members as needed * Suggest improvements or enhancements to job processes * Ensure all tasks are completed each day before clocking out * Perform other basic office duties as assigned Compensation & Schedule * Pay Rate: $12 per hour * Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with full-time preferred * A minimum of 20 hours per week is required * Available shifts vary between 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills: * Self-motivation and a strong work ethic * Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changes * High attention to detail while maintaining efficiency * Ability to learn quickly and follow both simple and complex instructions * Commitment to maintaining client data confidentiality * Proficiency in reading and speaking English Typing Requirements * WPM: 50 WPM at 95% accuracy * KPH: 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy Why Join arenaflex? Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required * 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel * Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately * Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions * Commitment to maintaining client data confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field * 2-5 years of experience in data entry or a related field * Experience with QuickClaim or similar systems * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong communication and interpersonal skills
