Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to providing timely and accurate solutions to our customers' queries and issues. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, resolving product or service problems, and providing accurate information to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's issue and providing relevant solutions

Essential Qualifications
