Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to providing timely and accurate solutions to our customers' queries and issues. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the flexibility of working from home while contributing to a globally recognized brand. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, resolving product or service problems, and providing accurate information to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and accurate solutions to their queries and issues

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's issue and providing relevant solutions
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
  • Meet personal and customer service team targets and call handling quotas
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively
  • Proficiency with computers and internet navigation
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus

* A degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service

  • Fluency in multiple languages
