Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our remote team as a Phone, Chat, and Email Support Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities
As a Phone, Chat, and Email Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to phone, chat, and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and helpful information to clients and tenants
- Assisting with general inquiries, maintenance requests, and lease inquiries
- Troubleshooting and resolving any customer service issues
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring a positive customer experience
- Collaborating with team members to ensure all inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively
- Keeping detailed records of all customer interactions and following up as needed
- Staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to clients and tenants
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using various computer programs and systems
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Availability to work a full-time schedule, including some evenings and weekends as needed
Preferred Qualifications

Available Shifts and Compensation
Available shifts are Monday through Friday, with some evenings and weekends as needed. Compensation is $48.50 - $53.50/hour.
