Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. You'll work closely with our customers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure that every interaction is positive, efficient, and effective.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services

  • Handle phone calls efficiently, triaging them and answering queries promptly
  • Maintain a well-organized and clean work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Implement measures to prevent theft, damage, and expired products, including frequent checks on product viability and adjusting inventory accordingly
  • Follow guidelines established by the organization for managing and monitoring non-prescription medication inventory using the automated inventory management system
  • Adhere to and promote all safety and hygiene policies and programs as per the health code regulations at the local, state, and federal level
  • Report any hazardous conditions or risky situations to store management for prompt and decisive steps
  • Follow regulations set by the government at local, state, and national levels, and report any criminal conduct like robbery, shoplifting, or fraudulent behavior
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years old
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
  • Previous comparable experience in customer service or a related field
  • Proficient in customer registry management, phone inquiries, and cashier engagements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in inventory management within a retail operation

  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Ability to promote sales and services to customers, increasing revenue and building customer loyalty
  • Familiarity with automated inventory management systems and non-prescription medication inventory management
  • Experience in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
