We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Part Time Remote Data Entry Specialist to support our data management and operations team. This role is crucial in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information within our systems. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, impeccable accuracy, and the ability to work independently. As a Part Time Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Enter data from various sources into the arenaflex database accurately and efficiently.

  • Verify accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents.
  • Update existing data and perform regular data maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to resolve discrepancies or issues.
  • Perform other data-related tasks as assigned by management.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

  • Proven experience in data entry or similar role preferred.
  • Proficient typing skills (touch typing) with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office, Google Workspace).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to detect errors.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is advantageous.

  • Familiarity with data entry procedures and protocols.
