Job Description
As a Tele Chat / Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our chat platforms. Your main objective will be to assist our customers with any inquiries, concerns, or issues they may have, while maintaining a positive and professional tone.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner through our chat platforms
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary

Requirements:
