The Role
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Product Manager to join our InHome team. As a key member of our product leadership team, you'll be responsible for defining and delivering exceptional customer experiences that meet and exceed our high standards. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and operations, to drive innovation and growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and develop a product vision for the InHome client experience, aligning with arenaflex's overall business strategy
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify customer needs and develop product roadmaps that meet those needs
- Work closely with engineering teams to design, develop, and launch new features and products
- Analyze customer data and feedback to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain product KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Lead customer research and translate customer needs into product requirements and business opportunities
- Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for customers, ensuring their concerns are heard and addressed
- Drive the launch of new features and products, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
What You'll Need
* 5+ years of experience as a product manager, with a degree in software engineering, computer science, business, or a related field
- Proven track record of delivering successful products that meet customer needs and drive business growth
- Experience driving product vision and go-to-market strategies
- Passion for emerging technologies and innovation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

- You have experience working in a fast-paced or agile environment
- You have experience with last-mile product management, including delivery and logistics
- You have a background in startup or entrepreneurial environments, with a focus on innovation and growth
- You have experience with product development, including design, engineering, and testing

- Choice 1: Four-year degree in software engineering, computer science, or related field and 7 years' experience in product management.
- Choice 2: 9 years' experience in product management or related field.

- Graduate degree in software engineering, computer science, business, or related field and 6 years' experience as a product manager, preferably with experience in customer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
- Experience with comprehensive digital experiences, including knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA principles, assistive technologies, and incorporating digital accessibility seamlessly.
- Familiarity with accessibility best practices and a commitment to creating inclusive products and services.
