Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative – Work From Home, you'll be responsible for:

Essential Qualifications

- Basic troubleshooting skills for one or more products or services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or virtual environment

- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
- Certification in customer service or a related field
