Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced remote data entry specialist to join our team, working on a part-time basis to process customer information, ensure timely completion of tasks, and maintain the highest standards of accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities
As a remote data entry specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer information with a minimum KPH of 6000, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks
- Facilitating auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents
- Coordinating with operations, customer services, and account management teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Escalating any serious operational issues immediately to the Data Entry Team Leader
- Carrying out duties deemed necessary by arenaflex management, ensuring full compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and other key operating standards
- Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety (including Fire and First Aid) & ISO standards, as well as arenaflex policies and procedures
- Processing client information from transmittal sheets and boxes and inputting data onto SKP or DCS
- Verifying customer records using the system
- Setting up DCS screens
- Transmitting data to customers
- Researching and resolving system data issues
Key Skills, Requirements, and Competencies
To succeed as a remote data entry specialist, you'll need to demonstrate:
- Good customer service behaviors, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work and communicate confidently within a multicultural environment
- Ability to input a large volume of data onto the system accurately, with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on timely completion
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, with effective communication skills and a strong organizational and coordination focus
- Sufficient relevant experience working within an operational service delivery role, with IT literacy and knowledge of using Windows-based packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to navigate a fast-moving environment with poise, taking direction and prioritizing tasks from multiple team members
