Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing world-class customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that our customers receive prompt, accurate, and empathetic assistance with their queries and concerns.
- Taking ownership of customer issues and following problems through to resolution, ensuring that our customers are satisfied and empowered to continue using our products and services.
- Collaborating with supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction and productivity, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Continuously learning about our products and services to enhance your knowledge and stay up-to-date on the latest features and developments.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support experiences.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably for a technology product or service.
- A quiet, dedicated workspace in your home, free from distractions (please note, you cannot be a primary caregiver during your shifts).
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to react quickly when speaking with customers.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to talk customers through situations clearly and accurately.
- An enthusiastic and can-do attitude that radiates positivity and dedication to each customer.
- Previous experience with Calabrio, Gladly, Dialpad, or other call center software is preferred.
