  • Utilizing upselling techniques to increase sales and drive revenue growth
  • Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining high levels of data quality and integrity
  • Handling cash transactions with precision, adhering to cash handling procedures and maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Maintaining phone etiquette standards during customer interactions, ensuring a positive and professional experience for customers

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages (Multilingual/Bilingual preferred)
  • Proficient in computerized systems for data entry, with experience in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Experience with cash handling procedures, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with Spanish language is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
