Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative – Union Label Benefits Specialist (Work From Home), you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and their members. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Inbound and outbound calling to engage with clients and their members
- Setting appointments and performing presentations to promote arenaflex benefits
- Utilizing basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and quality control tasks
- Developing leadership skills through training and mentorship programs
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Maintaining excellent customer relations and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to inbound calls from clients and their members, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Make outbound calls to engage with clients and their members, promoting arenaflex benefits and services
- Set appointments with clients and their members to discuss benefits options and provide presentations
- Complete necessary paperwork and quality control tasks in a timely and accurate manner
- Participate in leadership development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes
- Maintain excellent customer relations and communication skills, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications:
* Good verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and their members
- Excellent customer relation and communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Upbeat and positive attitude, with great energy and a passion for customer service
- Ability to interact effectively with people and groups, including clients, members, and internal stakeholders
- Strong customer service and/or customer sales experience, preferably in a union label benefits environment
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and employees, including union leaders and staff
- Team player with a collaborative mindset, willing to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Legally authorized to work in the US or Canada
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a union label benefits environment, with knowledge of union label benefits and services
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, including supplemental and permanent benefits
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
