About the Role
As a Part-time Remote Data Entry Clerk / Administrative Assistant, you'll play a vital support role in our office, working closely with our accounting and sales departments to ensure the smooth operation of our business. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Accurately entering sales data, updating our accounting records, and maintaining our customer relationship management (CRM) database
* Processing mail, handling deposits, and following up on leads
* Providing administrative support to our teams, including data entry, document preparation, and other tasks as needed
