Key Responsibilities:

As a Social Media Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our fans and customers across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and more. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and comments in a timely, friendly, and professional manner, adhering to arenaflex's brand voice and guidelines.
  • Monitoring social media channels for customer feedback and escalating issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to gather information and provide comprehensive solutions to customer inquiries.
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex products, services, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Analyzing customer feedback and providing insights to help improve our products and services.
  • Maintaining a positive and professional tone in all interactions, even in high-pressure situations.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • A strong passion for arenaflex and its products, services, and culture.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a social media environment.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with social media management tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience working in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
  • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency.
