Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and/or phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and training to customers
  • Escalating complex issues to senior support agents or management as needed
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and best practices
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
