Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions
As a Virtual Sales and Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients' customers
* Making a great first impression on the phone and in person, and building trust and confidence with our clients
* Fostering a personalized and helpful experience for clients, and responding to their needs in a proactive and committed manner
* Determining the nature of objections and responding appropriately, utilizing active listening skills and a growth mindset
* Improving skills through practice and applying new knowledge or skills quickly
* Solving problems and taking advantage of opportunities without being asked
* Working in a technical workplace and enjoying the fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to have:
* A minimum of 4 years of sales or customer service experience
* Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals
* Strong PC and problem-solving skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Office experience in the following industries is a plus: Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, experience in the following areas is a plus:
* Sales and customer service experience in the home services industry
* Experience working in a call center or virtual sales environment
* Strong knowledge of sales and customer service principles and practices
* Experience with CRM software and other sales and customer service tools
