Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through live chat by promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues customers may encounter while using our services
  • Guiding customers through the use of our products and services, offering step-by-step instructions as needed
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and updating records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Staying up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Identifying and escalating issues to higher management when necessary

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism
  • Basic technical skills and the ability to quickly learn new software applications
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customers
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus. Relevant coursework or certifications in customer service are also preferred.

Educational Qualifications

While a High School Diploma or equivalent is required, relevant coursework or certifications in customer service are also preferred.

Experience
