Key Responsibilities
As a Full Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of customers, providing exceptional service and support to help them achieve their goals. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Meeting with customers directly on a daily basis to review available products and services and initiate the sales process
- Ensuring accurate entry of customer contact information
- Maintaining a positive and cheerful attitude when working with a variety of customers
- Handling all questions and inquiries from new and potential customers face to face
- Exceeding targets and sales goals by upselling and promoting new products and/or services
- Resolving customer issues in a friendly, helpful way
- Assisting the sales team in acquiring and retaining new customers
- Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of our clients or sales promotions by attending client meetings
