Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Building strong relationships with our clients through effective communication and problem-solving
* Setting up new clients as needed and maintaining their accounts
* Handling exception calls and providing support to sales reps as needed
* Processing standing orders, including holds, releases, and additions
* Processing exceptions into the Case module as needed
* Creating credit memos, filing freight claims, issuing call tags, and reshipping items as required
* Processing freight claims and pursuing payment from the carrier
* Maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies and procedures
Essential Qualifications
* At least 2 years of experience in a relationship-building customer service environment
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with ERP systems such as Epicor
* High school diploma or better
* Detail-oriented and dedicated individual with a strong work ethic
* Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
