Job Description
As a REMOTE Inbound Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing support to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibility will be to answer questions and resolve issues related to our clients' services and products. You'll work independently, using your own computer and headset, to provide exceptional support to our clients' customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues related to our clients' services and products
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude in all interactions with customers
- Work independently, using your own computer and headset
- Make your own schedule based on your family commitments or other work opportunities
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Quiet home office environment or a quiet workspace
- Must be over 18 years of age
- A computer with high-speed internet (Windows 7 or better)
- A working headset with a microphone that can be used with your computer
- Ability to perform work without supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
