Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk/Typing Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll be responsible for accurately entering information into our computer systems, accessing information from our databases, and verifying information on our screens. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately enter information into our computer systems, accessing information from our databases, and verifying information on our screens

• Follow written and spoken instructions to ensure data entry accuracy and efficiency
• Meet or exceed required performance criteria, including data entry speed and accuracy
• Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of our computer systems, including Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Troubleshoot PC hardware and software issues, and provide technical support as needed
• Collaborate with our team to resolve issues and improve data entry processes
• Work in different shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or vocational in IT-related courses (a plus)

• Minimum of two (2) years of completed college education or a Diploma/Certificate course
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Advanced organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Ability to consistently meet or exceed required performance criteria
• Familiarity with PC hardware and software troubleshooting
• Prior software application support experience (e.g. Outlook, etc.) is a plus
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy
• Good time management skills
• Prior BPO experience in Technical Support is a plus
• Familiarity with ticketing systems is a strong advantage

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior experience in data entry or a related field

• Familiarity with arenaflex's computer systems and software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent data entry skills, with a minimum of 50-60 wpm

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to troubleshoot PC hardware and software issues
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and software applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
