Job Overview
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer interactions via phone, email, and chat. You'll address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively, while maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. You'll also collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Education and Experience
