Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced data entry clerk to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a data entry clerk, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our company's databases. You'll work closely with employees, departments, and clients to collect information, identify errors, and ensure that data is captured and updated in a timely and accurate manner. Key Responsibilities

As a data entry clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients
  • Scanning through information to identify pertinent information and correcting errors
  • Organizing information in a manner that optimizes swift and accurate capturing
  • Creating accurate spreadsheets and entering information into relevant databases
  • Ensuring data is backed up and stored in an organized manner for easy retrieval
  • Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered
  • Handling additional duties from time to time as required

Requirements

To succeed as a data entry clerk at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field
  • A good command of English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed
  • Proficient touch typing skills

Preferred Qualifications
