Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers through live chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating effectively with customers through live chat, email, and phone (if necessary).

Qualifications
