Key Responsibilities

As a Client Achievement Record Supervisor (CSAM), you will be the primary client-facing role responsible for client success through the management of program deliveries and client relationships. The primary business need is the clients' successful adoption and effective use of arenaflex Cloud innovations. You will be the voice of the client, supporting their digital transformation and empowering them to achieve more! Key Accountabilities include:

  • Deliver Support Contract Commitments: Drive quality training and delivery of Help services to achieve client business results and overall experience with arenaflex solutions.
  • Collaborate with Clients and Record Group: Work with clients and the Record Group to focus on and plan client engagement and projects across cloud and on-premises roles.
  • Define Results: Establish results to improve the health, performance, and business capabilities of targeted roles to drive client value recognition.
  • Foster Deep Relationships: Develop strong relationships with key client Software and IT leaders, who drive long-term cloud adoption within their organization to empower them to be cloud advocates.
  • Arrange, Client Support Management, and Partner Communication: Plan, manage, and communicate client engagement and projects.
  • Track, Enhance, and Plan for Remediation: Track, enhance, and plan for the remediation of technical blockers and provide design feedback to enhance our products and solutions as needed.

Requirements

* Education: Four-year degree in Business, Humanities, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field AND 2+ years of client achievement, program delivery, practice management, client-facing counseling, or portfolio management experience.

  • Experience: Experience with progress in complex technical commitment management as well as program management.
  • Security Clearance: The successful applicant must have an active U.S. Government High-Risk Trusted status. Ability to meet arenaflex, client, and government security screening requirements is required for this role. Inability to maintain or acquire the necessary clearance and client screening requirements may result in business activity up to and including termination.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous Work Experience: Earlier work experience in a Program Manager or Commitment Director role focused on Cloud and software/services delivery. Additionally, experience working with Department of Defense clients.

  • Leadership Skills: Experience driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts, and ensuring complete and thorough verbal and written communication. Show ability with a level of comfort with both large and small audiences and various levels of management (C-Suite).
  • Project Management Foundation (PMI) or equivalent: Project Management Foundation (PMI) or equivalent Project Management certification.
  • ProSci or equivalent Change Management: ProSci or equivalent Change Management certification.
  • Cloud, Mobile, Web Application Development: Experience in at least one of the following areas: Cloud, mobile, web application development, cloud-native application design Microsoft certification in significant technologies (e.g., Azure, M365), or competitor same.
