Job Summary

As a Live Chat Assistant, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our online chat platform. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing sales links, and offering discounts in a fun, happy, and exciting environment. With full training provided, you'll have the opportunity to work independently and set your own hours, as long as you commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a fun, happy, and exciting environment for our customers while taking orders

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
