Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Data Entry & Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Accurately and efficiently processing data, including data entry, data management, and data analysis
- Communicating with clients via phone, email, and other digital channels to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting arenaflex's products and services
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and productivity
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's products and services to provide expert advice and guidance to clients
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, sales, customer service, or a related field
- Excellent typing skills, with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and make informed decisions
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
