Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Representative / Contact Center Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
Telephone Support:
Engage with customers via phone, ensuring that their questions are answered thoroughly, professionally, and in a caring manner. Conduct research, follow up on commitments, and resolve open issues, logging all interactions in our ticketing system.
E-mail & Chat Support:
Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, addressing all questions and issues in a timely and professional manner. Properly enter customer information and resolution in our ticketing system.
Skill Improvement:
Continuously strive to enhance your cognitive and customer service skills, including proficiency with supported products, problem-solving abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Stay up-to-date with support resources provided by arenaflex and its clients.
Communication:
Provide feedback on support issues, resolutions, or suggestions to your supervisor or department manager. Share trends, issues, and solutions with supervisors and management.
Support Coworkers:
Offer procedural advice and assistance to fellow representatives.
Client Relationships:
Foster positive working relationships with support clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Adherence to Policies:
Provide all support functions within the guidelines of arenaflex's contact center and client policies and procedures.
Productivity:
Maintain departmental productivity standards while ensuring accuracy in our ticketing system.
