Position Overview:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving complex issues, and providing personalized support to our clients. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service, and you will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and understanding in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize our customer support system to make informed decisions and resolve customer issues
  • Provide personalized support to our clients, including explaining benefits, answering questions, and addressing concerns
  • Build strong relationships with our clients by being responsive, empathetic, and understanding

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Required Capabilities:

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare setting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote setting, with a strong ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working with healthcare software and systems
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures
