About the Role

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same. Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries
• Providing excellent customer service through active listening
• Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
• Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive
• Appropriately communicating with customers, including providing video support when needed

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Logical problem-solving skills to handle complex customer issues
• Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to handle heavy incoming call volume and maintain a high level of productivity
• Ability to use Windows operating systems and other software applications
• Ability to type 25 wpm and maintain accurate records
• Over 18 years of age and a High School Graduate or GED
• Predictable and reliable attendance to ensure seamless customer service

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

• 6-12 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Consistent work history and a proven track record of reliability
• Proven oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers
• Some technical background to troubleshoot complex issues

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home, you will need to provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with:

• Windows 10 or later operating system
• Wired Ethernet LAN connection
• Internet Connection (Satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISP are not permitted)
• A minimum of 4GB RAM
• Internet Connection Requirements:
• Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps
• Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps
• ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
• Proof of internet speed required
• Clean and quiet workspace
