• Lead the end-to-end contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to post-execution administration.
• Optimize business processes and playbooks to improve efficiency and ensure policy governance.
• Partner with business leads to navigate complex operations and drive risk containment efforts.
• Act as a key liaison between business units and Legal to resolve risk issues and ensure compliance.
