The Role

You’ll play a key role in encouraging behaviour change across the following pillars:

Nutrition Physical activity Sleep Stress Mindset

As part of our holistic approach, Health Coaches deliver the Second Nature programme to individuals living with obesity alongside co-existing conditions such as type 2 diabetes and/or hypertension.

Our client is rapidly expanding our team and are looking to recruit a fixed term contract Health Coach (dietitian or nutritionist) to support consumer members across our non medicated and medication Support (GLP1) Programmes.

In addition to direct coaching, Health Coaches play a key role in supporting wider business initiatives in engaging with members via calls.

This is a fully remote role, giving you the flexibility to work from home while supporting our members. You’ll need to be self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and confident communicating primarily through digital channels.
