Description Our client is a fast-paced, ambitious eCommerce agency specializing in PPC, SEO, and Lifecycle Marketing. They exist to improve their clients’ profitability and revenue growth through effective digital strategies and long-term partnerships with a strong network of eCommerce tech partners. Recognized as one of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2024 and winner of Best eCommerce Team at the eCommerce Awards 2024, they’re growing quickly and looking for a Senior Social Ads Manager to join their remote team.

In this role, you will bring exceptional communication and organizational skills, deep expertise in performance marketing, and a passion for delivering outstanding results for clients across the UK and worldwide. You will work remotely from South Africa with regular collaboration across time zones.

What you’ll do Develop and implement Paid Social and PPC strategies that hit client targets across platforms such as Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and Google. Manage client relationships, provide proactive updates, and collaborate with internal specialists to maximize campaign performance. Own end-to-end account management in Meta Business Manager, including creative testing, audience building, and conversion tracking. Manage Google Ads accounts, including Shopping and Search campaigns. Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports, insights, and roadmaps. Present ideas, new creatives, and tests, gathering feedback and securing buy-in. Contribute to pitches and proposals for prospective clients – an interest in consultative sales is desirable.

  • Salary: $2k / month + commission structure based on revenue managed
  • Type of Work: Full-time remote

Working hours 8:00 to 16:30 or 9:00 to 17:30 SAST with a one-hour lunch break Friday early finish at 16:00 Ability to maintain strong overlap with UK business hours

Requirements In-depth background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding of the pros & cons involved in this industry). 4+ years of hands-on Paid Media experience managing Facebook and Instagram Ads at scale – agency experience preferred. Proven success with eCommerce social ads – essential. Strong creative judgment and the ability to brief, review, and iterate on ad creatives. Experience with Photoshop or InDesign – preferred. Experience managing Google Ads campaigns – preferred. Bonus exposure: Amazon Ads and/or Reddit Ads. Excellent client communication and account handling skills. High attention to detail, perseverance, and strong problem-solving. Data-driven mindset with clear hypothesis-led testing. Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team. Experience with clients generating 7 to 8 figures in annual revenue. Reliable high-speed internet and a suitable home working setup.
