R015251 This role serves as a high‑level clinical quality and training leader within the Coding & OASIS review space. It goes beyond day‑to‑day quality checks and focuses on elevating reviewer performance, supporting client onboarding, aligning processes across teams, and partnering closely with both stateside and offshore reviewers. Acting as a key resource to managers, clients, and Quality Assurance Reviewers (QARs), this role ensures consistent quality outcomes, strong operational alignment, and a seamless reviewer experience across all supported programs.
