Job Overview

As a Remote Email/Chat Support Assistant at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing timely and effective support to patients and healthcare providers through email and chat platforms. Your primary goal will be to ensure a positive experience for our clients while effectively addressing their inquiries and concerns. You will be responsible for responding promptly and professionally to incoming emails and chat inquiries, providing accurate information regarding medical imaging services, appointment scheduling, and insurance queries, and collaborating with other team members and departments to resolve complex inquiries and enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming emails and chat inquiries from patients and healthcare providers, ensuring that all client interactions are documented in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. - Provide accurate information regarding medical imaging services, appointment scheduling, and insurance queries, staying up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and service offerings. - Assist in troubleshooting issues related to services, appointments, and online platforms, using your problem-solving skills and ability to multitask effectively. - Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex inquiries and enhance service delivery, leveraging your strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Identify common issues and trends in client inquiries and report them to management for process improvements, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our services. - Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance service skills and knowledge, staying current with industry developments and best practices. - Stay organized and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced remote work environment, maintaining productivity and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus. - Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional patient and provider support. - Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. - Proficiency in using email and chat support tools, as well as CRM systems, with experience in troubleshooting technical issues and resolving complex inquiries. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively, with a focus on delivering timely and effective support to patients and healthcare providers. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline. - Empathy and patience while dealing with patients and healthcare professionals, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. - Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus, with a strong understanding of healthcare industry practices and regulations.
