Job Summary

As a Live Chat Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing timely and efficient customer service through online chat on arenaflex's website and social media channels. Your duties will include answering customer inquiries, offering promotional discounts, and providing helpful resources and information. This is an entry-level position, and full training is provided, so don't worry if you're new to live chat support – we'll equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide timely and efficient customer service through online chat on arenaflex's website and social media channels

  • Answer customer inquiries and respond to concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Offer promotional discounts and provide helpful resources and information to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

  • 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer bases
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions
  • Proficiency in using technology, including social media and website chat functions
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access arenaflex's website and social media channels (phone, tablet, or laptop)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a live chat or customer support environment
