Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team, responsible for accurately and efficiently entering new orders into our system. As a key member of our data entry team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business, working closely with sales and billing teams to resolve any missing information. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• General data entry, including accurately and efficiently entering new orders into our system
• Assisting with all data entry projects, as assigned by management
• Managing our order entry email account, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues
• Communicating with sales and billing teams to resolve any missing information or discrepancies
• Entering new orders within 24 hours of receipt, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Performing all other duties as assigned by management, including data cleaning and reporting

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Data entry experience, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting
• Basic knowledge of health insurance and medical terminology
• Experience working remotely, with a strong ability to work independently and efficiently
• Ability to type 50 words per minute, with excellent keyboarding skills
• Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Previous experience working in a medical system, with a strong understanding of medical terminology and coding
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

• Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) or medical billing software
• Knowledge of medical coding systems, such as ICD-10 or CPT
• Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools, such as Excel or Tableau
