Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for managing accounts, developing insurance quotes, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales to grow our customer base
- Process customer policy change requests and ensure seamless transitions
- Secure all trailing documents from customers and maintain accurate records
- Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow up to ensure timely resolutions
- Complete Evidence of Insurance requests and provide timely responses to customer inquiries
- Greet all customers in a friendly and helpful manner, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Take premium payments from customers and maintain accurate records
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity, including financial products
- Verify phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information
- Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring and return all phone messages promptly
- Maintain knowledge of new products and services to provide informed recommendations to customers
- Develop and maintain client relationships, building trust and loyalty through exceptional customer service
Requirements

Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management
- Knowledge of insurance products and services
- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, marketing)
