Job Description

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks related to document management and internal communications, ensuring smooth operations and accurate information handling. You'll work closely with our team to maintain effective internal communication, handle document scanning, filing, faxing, and email correspondence, and prepare contracts with precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter and manage text-based data with high accuracy, focusing on non-numerical information.

  • Organize and transcribe information on documents related to titles and real estate.
  • Handle document scanning, filing, faxing, and email correspondence.
  • Type and prepare contracts with precision and attention to detail.
