Job Type and Working Hours
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be required to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service at all times.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Greeting and assisting customers with check-in and boarding processes
* Handling customer inquiries and providing accurate information
* Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
* Assisting customers with luggage and other travel-related needs
* Coordinating with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Hourly Salary Range
The hourly salary range for this position is $25 to $45 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
