Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex's clients via phone, email, and chat. Your primary duties will include:

• Answering inbound phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Assisting customers with their questions, providing solutions, and resolving issues
• Recognizing and following call flows with scripts to ensure consistency and quality
• Researching and reviewing information to provide accurate and up-to-date responses
• Identifying and escalating complex issues to management or other relevant teams
• Clearly documenting call information and encounters in call logs
• Maintaining a professional demeanor and adhering to scheduled tasks and deadlines

Basic Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with computers and data entry software
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams) experience

Work From Home Requirements

As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• Connect to a modem/router with a provided Ethernet cord
• Ensure internet access sufficient to handle calls received via the internet
• Maintain a quiet and private remote work location
• Reside and work at the address provided (no coffee shops, friend's houses, etc.)

Bonus Points If You Have

* Experience working virtually and meeting key metrics, including average call handle times, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction scores

• Experience working with multiple monitors and software applications
• Former transaction processing experience
