Job Summary

As a Customer Service Operations Support Administrator, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating with professional colleagues to resolve customer inquiries and concerns. You'll work closely with our diverse internal teams and corporate functions to investigate and resolve issues, providing a positive outcome for our valued customers. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels

  • Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams and corporate functions to gather information and resolve issues
  • Use customer relations skills to take ownership of customer inquiries and provide a positive outcome
  • Provide feedback to improve processes and prevent customer issues from happening again
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance customer service skills
  • Work with clients and contribute to exciting projects that align with our mission

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent level qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Experience in training, teaching, or coaching is desired
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Curiosity and ability to investigate and seek out answers to questions over multiple technological platforms
