Key Responsibilities
As a Part-time Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in facilitating inbound calls from customers and ensuring a positive experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling a high volume of inbound calls from customers and directing them to the proper departments if applicable
- Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a positive customer experience
- Utilizing strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve them when necessary
- Helping explain contract details and managing existing customer relationships to provide peace of mind and worry-free experiences
- Processing payments and setting up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts
- Being interactive and communicative with management and co-workers in a visible manner, requiring camera usage for training, team meetings, and meetings with management
