Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for crafting exceptional travel experiences for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Researching, creating, and executing exceptional itineraries catering to client preferences
  • Reviewing individual needs and wants to tailor trips specifically designed to meet their requirements
  • Participating in ongoing training to earn and maintain travel certification
  • Attending webinars with vendors and suppliers to specialize in specific destinations
  • Acting as an ambassador for our brand and collaborating with team members
  • Providing suggested budgets for clients and planning trips within budget constraints
  • Creating promotional materials for effective marketing
  • Staying updated on changes within the tourism industry, including travel restrictions
  • Promptly responding to all travel inquiries and effectively managing time when researching trips
  • Handling issues that may arise during bookings or travel for clients
  • Maintaining up-to-date information within our software
  • Networking with tour operators for potential package offerings to clients
  • Participating in Familiarization (FAM) trips when possible

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Support Representative, you'll need:

  • To be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Effective communication skills with a strong sales background as a plus
  • A smartphone with internet access required; laptop recommended but not mandatory
  • Personal travel experience is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus

Preferred Qualifications
