Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Communicating with customers through various channels, including email, phone, and social media, to address their questions, comments, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and establishing a positive rapport with every customer interaction.
- Taking initiative to learn about arenaflex's products and services to answer questions confidently and provide accurate information.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries, acknowledging and resolving complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Providing information to customers about order status and product queries, and consistently updating customer information in the customer database.
- Working closely with colleagues to communicate and coordinate when necessary, and processing all customer return merchandise authorization (RMA's).
- Processing special orders and completing various business forms and applications upon request.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and being willing to improve policies and procedures within your department.
Requirements
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- The ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
