Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Consistently providing genuine, friendly, personable, and professional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Handling multiple responsibilities and balancing customer priorities in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong multitasking capabilities.
  • Efficiently scheduling customer deliveries to meet their needs, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Going above and beyond to resolve customer concerns and requests, demonstrating a customer-centric approach.
  • Supporting sales and operations team members to ensure a seamless customer experience in our store.
  • Demonstrating effective communication and organizational skills, both in person and on the phone, to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Handling escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive outcome.
  • Performing additional functions as assigned by management, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A minimum of three years of proven success working on high-performance teams in a fast-paced, results-oriented service environment.
  • Excellent phone and customer relationship skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with customers.
  • Proven experience developing service solutions derived from problem analysis, good judgment, and customer focus.
  • Working knowledge of computers and contact management/customer service tracking software.
  • A passion for creating excellent customer experiences and building both internal and external relationships, with a strong team player mentality.
  • A self-starter approach, with the ability to see multiple tasks through to completion and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated integrity and professionalism, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Associated Tasks

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling customer requests as needed, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Scheduling customer requests, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Managing incoming emails, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Proactive outbound calling as needed, to follow up on customer concerns and requests.
  • Assisting technicians with any challenges that occur during the course of the day, demonstrating a collaborative approach.

Required Education and Experience

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Demands

* No heavy lifting required, ensuring a safe and comfortable work environment.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

* Full-time position, Monday through Friday.

  • 8:00am - 4:00pm or 9:00AM – 5:00PM, with 40 hours weekly.
  • Flexible scheduling may be available, depending on business needs.

* No travel is expected for this position, ensuring a stable and predictable work environment.
