The Role As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:- Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email, ensuring that our customers receive accurate and timely support.
- Offering solutions to customers for new bookings, rebookings, and cancellations for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more.
- Ensuring that each customer's journey runs smoothly by finding creative solutions to their unique needs.
- Fluent in Danish and have a good command of English.
- Flexible and dynamic, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
