Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. You'll assist customers with booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel services, while also resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding travel bookings, reservations, and general travel information

  • Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel services according to their preferences and budget
  • Provide guidance and support to customers in navigating travel websites and online booking platforms
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Educate customers on travel policies, procedures, and travel-related regulations
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as reservations, sales, and operations to address customer needs effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
  • Upsell additional services or travel packages to enhance the customer experience and increase revenue

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment
