Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing outcome-based solutions for our physician referral sources and existing patient population, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Working closely with the clinical, sales, and service departments to submit new orders, monitor their completion, and ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Preparing and analyzing the billing and setup paperwork for patient services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting issues, identifying solutions, and dispatching corrective action via the appropriate departments within the organization, working closely with existing patients to resolve their concerns.
  • Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting patient information and analyzing customer needs, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Actively participating in the training of new customer service and sales personnel, sharing your knowledge and expertise to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a proven work experience in a customer-facing role.
  • The ability to learn and apply market and product information, as well as patient billing and insurance requirements, to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Multitasking capabilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Computer and technological literacy, with proficiency in software applications and systems.
  • A positive and professional personal image, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Demands

This role requires occasional lifting and/or moving of up to 25 pounds, and may involve sitting for extended periods, using a computer, and engaging in phone and video calls.
